Jennifer Farmer was born in Durham, NC and spent her early childhood in Roxboro, NC before moving to Raleigh while vacationing every summer at Wrightsville Beach. She attended Saint Mary’s and North Carolina State University. She graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Biochemistry and Chemistry. She is married to a Yacht Broker and Wilmington native, Andy Farmer. She is a mother of 4 children; Alex, Andrew, Mclain, and Wilson. She has owned many properties including waterfront homes in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area giving her that added knowledge of the area. Jennifer believes in giving back to the community, hard work, professionalism and values. Alex is my administrative assistant and leads coordinator. She handles the paperwork from beginning through closing and beyond. She is helpful to sellers while keeping tract of leads on their homes and assisting with those of the buyer and seller as needed. Lisa is our client care specialist as well as a real estate agent. She handles feedback for sellers as well as keeping the booklets stocked in the homes. She assists buyers with special requests as well as facilitates the closing process.
