She attended Saint Mary’s and North Carolina State University. She graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Biochemistry and Chemistry. She is married to a Yacht Broker and Wilmington native, Andy Farmer. She is a mother of 5 children; Alex, Andrew, Mclain, Wilson, and newly born Anderson. She has owned many properties including waterfront homes in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area giving her that added knowledge of the area.
