  • Consider sweetening the deal, if you offer some extra items and bonus features then you may be able to attract more buyers! If you don't want to move your washer/dryer or flat screen, include that in the selling of your home!
  • Make sure your home is show ready, get rid of all the clutter and organize your home! No buyer wants to picture their future home in a state of clutter and mess. Cleaning up makes all the difference!
But also don't make it too plain, still needs features of a nice home for people to feel welcome when they enter.
